Graphic Design
This page showcases the graphic design works I have created, both as a freelance artist and also during my 3-year experience as the Art Director of C3, a club in Nanyang Technological University promoting cyberwellness, cybersports and games creation.
On the freelance side, clients look for me for fun, youthful and cute graphic design works, which go especially well with small businesses selling products or services that aim to bring joy and excitement.
Logo Designs
The Cyberwellness, Cybersports and Games Creation Club, abbreviated to just 'C3', is a club in Nanyang Technological University (NTU) that I have had the honour of being the Art Director of, for three years. This is the logo I have designed to represent the club.
This logo represents the cyber games club of NTU, with each color of the digital flame signifying C3 - Cyberwellness, Cybersports and Games Creation. Those are the activities which the club is based on. This is a version meant to be placed on a light-coloured background.

For this project, my client wanted to design a logo for their anime merchandise business. They came up with an idea of a "nekodango", which is a combination of cat and the Japanese food, dango.
For this project, my client wanted to design a logo for their anime merchandise business. They came up with an idea of a "nekodango", which is a combination of cat and the Japanese food, dango.
This is the design process for the Nekodango logo. I first did a few sketches for the client to roughly gauge what they are looking for, such as the angle of the nekodango. Later on, we explored some color options. I presented them with pink, white and green color options, which are the common colors for dangos. After some refinement and polishing, we worked on the font for the text itself, carefully balancing simplicity and complexity.
